Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using FullAutoBlog, the user agrees to these Terms of Use and the related Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Publishing Policy, Legal Notice, and Account Deletion page.

If the user does not agree to these terms, the service must not be used.

What the service does

FullAutoBlog is a web application for content automation. It can rewrite source material, generate draft articles, schedule recurring workflows, and publish content to WordPress websites selected by the user.

The service is a publishing tool, not a law firm, SEO guarantee, plagiarism warranty, editorial authority, or compliance reviewer.

Eligibility and accounts

Users must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate sign-in and account information.

The service currently relies on supported OAuth sign-in providers. Users are responsible for maintaining control over the linked OAuth account and for notifying the operator if account access is compromised.

Plans, safeguards, and no-literal-unlimited usage

Plan names and marketing descriptions do not grant a right to unlimited infrastructure consumption, unlimited scheduler frequency, or unlimited article generation without safeguards.

Plans described as "no fixed monthly quota" are still subject to operational safeguards, daily throughput caps, minimum scheduling intervals, infrastructure protection, anti-abuse controls, third-party provider limits, and service-availability protections.

  • Free: 1 automation, 50 articles/month, 24 articles/day, 60-minute minimum interval.
  • Pro: 10 automations, no fixed monthly quota, 100 articles/day, 15-minute minimum interval.
  • Agency: 50 automations, no fixed monthly quota, 1000 articles/day, 5-minute minimum interval.

User responsibilities before publishing

Users remain fully responsible for all content they import, rewrite, generate, schedule, and publish through the service.

  • Review generated or rewritten output before publication.
  • Confirm factual accuracy, legal compliance, and editorial suitability for the target audience.
  • Verify the user owns the source material or has permission or another lawful basis to use it.
  • Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, defamation, platform rules, and industry-specific requirements.
  • Avoid using the service for spam, deceptive publishing, impersonation, malicious SEO abuse, or unlawful content distribution.

Prohibited use

Users may not use FullAutoBlog to infringe intellectual-property rights, violate privacy rights, publish unlawful material, transmit malware, abuse infrastructure, evade safeguards, or interfere with other users or the service itself.

Users may not represent generated content as independently verified legal, financial, medical, or professional advice unless they have completed their own qualified review and are legally entitled to make that representation.

WordPress and third-party integrations

Users authorize FullAutoBlog to act only within the permissions they intentionally grant through WordPress application passwords, APIs, or other supported integrations.

Users are responsible for configuring the correct destination site, categories, publishing permissions, and application-password scope for each connected WordPress website.

Availability, changes, and no guarantees

The service may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time to maintain stability, address abuse, comply with legal requirements, or improve the product.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, search-engine ranking outcomes, traffic growth, revenue growth, or compatibility with every third-party provider or WordPress configuration.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates legal or operational risk, abuses rate limits, attempts to circumvent safeguards, or uses the service in a way that threatens the platform or other users.

Users may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion by following the Account Deletion page.

Billing, refunds, and future commercial terms

The current repository does not show a live integrated billing flow. If paid plans, manual invoicing, subscription renewals, or separate commercial terms are later introduced, those commercial terms may supplement these Terms of Use.

Unless separate payment terms are published, no promise of refund rights, billing cycles, tax treatment, or consumer-cancellation treatment should be inferred from marketing copy alone.

Liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of results. Users assume responsibility for how they use generated or rewritten output.

Users agree to defend and indemnify the operator against claims arising from the user's content, source-rights violations, unlawful publishing, misuse of the service, or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law and contact

These terms should ultimately be governed by [Add governing law before publication]. Until that field is finalized, the governing-law section should be treated as incomplete publication data.

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@fullautoblog.com.
