How to request deletion
To request account deletion, email hello@fullautoblog.com from the email address linked to your FullAutoBlog account whenever possible.
If you cannot send the request from the account email, include enough information for the operator to verify your identity and the account you want deleted.
- Suggested subject line: "Account deletion request".
- Include the account email address.
- Include any alternate sign-in provider used for the account, if relevant.
- If helpful, include the names of automations or WordPress sites tied to the account.
Verification and timing
Before deleting an account, the operator may ask for reasonable verification to protect against fraudulent or mistaken deletion requests.
Deletion requests should normally be acknowledged within a reasonable support window and processed as soon as practicable after verification.
Where additional time is required for security review, backups, or legal obligations, the operator may retain limited information for longer.
What deletion is expected to remove
- Profile data associated with the account, subject to technical and legal limitations.
- Saved automations and related workflow settings.
- Stored WordPress connection records associated with the account.
- Generated drafts and stored publishing history that are not required to be retained.
What may still be retained
Even after an account-deletion request is processed, some limited data may remain in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention records, or legal and accounting records for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.
Retention after deletion should be limited to the minimum information needed for those purposes.
Effect of deletion
Once an account is deleted, the user should expect scheduled automations to stop, stored credentials to become unavailable, and saved drafts or publishing records to be inaccessible unless they were exported before deletion.
Deletion may be irreversible once completed.
